James K.Williams have been at Wake Forest University for 30 years. During that time, his research focus has been women health. While now a faculty member of Regenerative Medicine, his past research focused on the use of animal models to explore the effects of aging and sex hormones on the cardiovascular and urogenital systems. When moving to the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM), his focus remained on women health and was funded for 4 years and now funded for an additional 4 years to explore the utility of cell therapy for urinary incontinence by using nonhuman primates as the animal model.

Alexander Khalyavkin is the Academic Secretary of Gerontological Society of RAS (Moscow Branch), Senior Researcher of the Emanuel Institute of Biochemical Physics of RAS and Senior Researcher of the Institute for Systems Analysis of FRC CSC RAS. His Alma Mater was the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (the Russian MIT). His postgraduate training was at the Gamaleya Institute for Epidemiology and Microbiology (Moscow). He has completed his PhD in Immunology at 1980. He is author and lecturer of “Introduction to Biogerontology†for the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (1991-2000). He cooperated with the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (2001-2009). His research interests include theoretical aspects of biomedicine, biogerontology, biodemography, an effect of environmental factors on the rate of aging, and some aspects of the regulation of reproduction of normal and malignant cells. He studied non-canonical (growth control) function of the immune system and mechanism for a switching of symmetric to asymmetric mitosis in stem cells.

Sergey Suchkov is a Researcher-Immunologist and a Clinician graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University, Russia in 1980. Dr. Anand Ramamurthi, PhD is an Associate Staff Professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the Lerner Research Institute at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland OH. In parallel he has appointments as adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University Cleveland OH and at the Department of Bioengineering at Clemson University Clemson SC. He was previously a tenured Associate Professor at the Department of Bioengineering at Clemson University (2003-2010). He received his MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University Stillwater OK in 1996 and 1999 respectively and a BE Hons in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University India in 1994. Peter K. Law has been a Canadian citizen and was a US permanent resident, with B.Sc (Hons.) from McGILL University, M.Sc., Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, and post-doctorate from McMaster University. He was an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Vanderbilt University, Associate and Full Professor with tenure of Neurology and Physiology/ Biophysics at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. In 1991, he founded the non-profit Cell Therapy Research Foundation in USA to focus on clinical trials on muscular dystrophy (MD) using myoblasts. Upon the recommendation of the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto in year 2009, he was received by the Chairmen ,Prime Ministers and other leaders of China. He founded the Cell Therapy Institute in Wuhan and have been a scholar of the China 1000 Plan and Wuhan 3551 Program.He has been an invited speaker to national academies, health ministries, universities, The White House, The Kremlin and pharmaceutical companies. Andrzej Lange graduated with a medical degree with distinction from the Medical School in Wroclaw, Poland, where he also completed his doctor of medical sciences thesis and then after a critical review of his scientific activity received the title of doctor habilitatus. He served as an assistant and then associate professor in the Department of Internal Diseases and then Occupational Diseases, where he founded the Laboratory of Clinical Immunology. In 1980 he was offered a position in the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where he has worked until now as the professor and head of the Laboratory and Department of Clinical Immunology. His international experience started in 1973 as a Leverhulme Fellow in the Department of Immunology of Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London, where he worked under the guidance of Professor Ivan Roitt. During an eight-year period he used to spend three months yearly as a visiting scientist in the Institute of Experimental Medicine and Biology in Borstel, FRG, headed at that time by Professor Han-Dieter Flad. He has been a short term-visitor and lectured in a number of European and North American scientific institutions including the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Paris University.

Ridha HAMBLI is currently a Professor of Biomechanics at PRISME Lab in Polytechnic Institute of Orleans in France. He studied Mechanical engineering at Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France and he received his doctoral degree in 1996 from Ecole National Superieur des Arts et Metiers of Angers, France. Subsequently, he worked as a project manager in from Ecole National Superieur des Arts et Metiers for two years and than as associate professor at Institut des Sciences et Techniques d'Angers - France. In 2006, he moved to Polytechnic Institute of Orleans as a full professor where he was involved in teaching and research activities related to biomechanics and mechanobiology of bone.
